About Hospitality Meets

Hospitality Meets began in April 2020, at a time when our industry faced its greatest challenge in living memory.

Like everyone else, I suddenly found myself with more questions than answers. But one thing never changed: my belief that hospitality is the greatest industry on earth.

So I bought a microphone.

The original idea was simple. Tell the stories that remind us why this industry matters. Celebrate the people behind the businesses. Share a few laughs along the way. And hopefully inspire the next generation to discover a career that can take them anywhere in the world.

What started as a lockdown project has grown into a global podcast heard in more than 150 countries, featuring conversations with founders, chefs, hotel leaders, restaurateurs, designers, technologists, investors, politicians and countless others whose journeys demonstrate the extraordinary breadth of hospitality.

Because hospitality isn't just about hotels, restaurants or bars.

It's about people.

It's about creating moments that others remember.

It's about leadership under pressure, creativity, resilience, innovation and generosity. It's one of the few industries where your career can be reinvented time and time again without ever leaving the profession you love.
