Under lockdown conditions, we chatted to Anne Pierce, CEO of Springboard (https://springboard.uk.net/) a charity operating in Hospitality focusing on helping people from vulnerable backgrounds into sustainable employment.

In this episode, we talk about Anne's journey as well as covering topics such as cross dressing, Anne's propensity for getting rejected for jobs, retro tech and making hedgehogs out of Mango's.  

Anne's journey really is another wonderful indication of the diversity of options available in Hospitality.

Shortly after recording, Anne announced her retirement.  We'd just like to join the industry in thanking her for her amazing service and the energy she brought to the role.
