Hello!
My name is Clare Coghill, I am the chef and owner of Café Cùil on the Isle of Skye. We are a day time restaurant serving exciting hebridean brunches, and focus on foraging for local ingredients wherever possible.
Although I was raised on Skye, I originally opened my cafe in East London, but was forced to close during covid. I decided to relocate from Hackney to the Highlands so I could be closer to the ingredients that I love. Since setting up shop on Skye, we have been featured in the Sunday Times, Scottish Field and Scotsman as a top Highland foodie destination.
